According to the Regulation on the Organization and Operation (ROF) of the Department for Distance Learning and Part-Time Education (DIDIFR) within the University of Oradea, approved by Senate Decision no. 169 of July 18, 2011, the DIDIFR leadership structure includes: the DIDIFR Director, the DIDIFR Council (CDIDIFR), and the Chief Administrator of DIDIFR.
The DIDIFR Council (CDIDIFR) is chaired by the DIDIFR Director and has a deliberative role regarding matters that fall under its responsibilities as specified in the regulations.
The DIDIFR Council is composed of: the DIDIFR Director, the Chief Administrator of DIDIFR, the Dean of the Faculty that hosts (organizes) the DL/PTE study program (or a designated representative), and the DL/PTE Coordinating Officer from each faculty that organizes study programs within the DL/PTE system.
The Chief Administrator of DIDIFR reports to the DIDIFR Director and has an executive role.
The DL/PTE Coordinating Officer is appointed by the Faculty Council responsible for the DL/PTE study program, has an executive role, and must possess proven qualifications and experience in DL/PTE methodology and administration.
The operational management of DIDIFR is ensured by the DIDIFR Office, consisting of the DIDIFR Director, the Chief Administrator, and three members of the DIDIFR Council appointed by the Council.
Members of the DIDIFR leadership structure have proven experience in the development, implementation, and management of the DL/PTE system.
